Structured dance performance training built for online learning — with live sessions, real feedback, and an instructor who actually watches you move.
see enrollment optionsBody Mechanics & Control
Alignment, weight distribution, and muscle memory. Eight focused modules covering posture, transitions, and how the body communicates before a single step.
Stage Presence & Projection
How you hold attention in a room. Spatial awareness, gaze, and energy projection — the aspects of performance that separate technical skill from actual presence.
Improvisation & Musicality
Responding to rhythm, phrasing, and dynamics in real time. Weekly improvisation labs with recorded feedback and guided listening exercises.
Choreography Fundamentals
Structure, spacing, and compositional logic. Students build short sequences from scratch, receive peer critique, and iterate within a defined assignment framework.
Ensemble & Group Work
Synchronized movement, partner dynamics, and reading others in real time. Taught in group sessions only — interaction is the material here.
Video Analysis & Self-Review
You record, instructor annotates. A structured method for identifying habitual patterns in your movement and correcting them with specific drills.
Live instruction, real-time feedback
Sessions are not pre-recorded videos you watch alone. Each class runs live — your instructor sees you move, names what needs attention, and gives you something specific to work on before next time.
- Group sessions: up to 6 students, scheduled twice weekly
- Private lessons: flexible scheduling, one-on-one with your assigned instructor
- All sessions recorded and available for 30 days after the live class
I had been dancing for years before joining, but the video review method here showed me things I genuinely could not see on my own. Three months in and my hip articulation changed noticeably.
Enrollment, pacing, and what to expect week by week
The program runs in 12-week cohorts with a fixed curriculum sequence. New cohorts open four times a year. Private lesson students start on a rolling basis whenever an instructor slot is open.
12 weeks is enough time to build real habits — if the sessions are consistent and the feedback is specific.
