• Session refers to any scheduled individual or group online class, workshop, or interactive learning event conducted via the Platform.

By creating an Account, enrolling in a program, participating in a session, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Yalimonium. This agreement is governed by these Terms of Use together with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines or policies published on the Platform.

These Terms apply to all Users, including learners, instructors, visitors, and any other individuals who access any part of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use the Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 16 years of age. Users under 16 years of age may only access the Platform with the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

You agree to notify Yalimonium immediately at support@yalimonium.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. Yalimonium will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure of your Account does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any fees paid. Outstanding obligations remain in effect after account closure.

You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, or publicly displaying any Content without prior written authorization from Yalimonium or the respective rights holder.
• Recording, capturing, or storing live session content without explicit written consent from all participants and Yalimonium.
• Impersonating any person or entity, including instructors or Yalimonium staff.
• Using the Platform to transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or promotional materials.
• Uploading or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform or its associated systems.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other Accounts, or connected systems.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the Platform.
• Selling, licensing, or transferring access to your Account or the Platform to any third party.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Platform.

Users are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow learners. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any form of abusive behavior directed at other users or staff is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

Sessions are scheduled in accordance with availability communicated on the Platform. Yalimonium reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to instructor unavailability, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Notice of changes will be provided as early as practicable.

Users are expected to join scheduled sessions punctually and to participate in a manner that does not disrupt the learning experience of others. Yalimonium is not obligated to provide replacement sessions for Users who fail to attend without prior notice.

Yalimonium strives to deliver high-quality educational content and structured learning paths. However, Yalimonium does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, skill attainment levels, or professional results from participation in any program or session. Progress depends on individual effort, commitment, and engagement.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate technical equipment, software, and a stable internet connection to participate in sessions. Yalimonium is not liable for disruptions caused by a User's inadequate technical setup.

Fees for services, programs, and sessions are displayed on the Platform. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Yalimonium reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable prior notice.

Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider. Yalimonium does not store complete payment card information.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Yalimonium's refund guidelines published on the Platform. Refunds may be issued for sessions canceled by Yalimonium but are generally not available for User-initiated cancellations made after a specified notice period. Please review the applicable refund policy before purchase.

Where subscription-based access is offered, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All Content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are the property of Yalimonium or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Platform content or materials.

Yalimonium grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content.

These Terms of Use are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in case of conflict or inconsistency. Yalimonium endeavors to make the Platform accessible to all Users regardless of location within the country of service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yalimonium regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
